中国飞机租赁(01848.HK)年度纯利预降60%-65%
格隆汇 3 月 1日丨中国飞机租赁(01848.HK)公布,受新冠疫情影响,2020年是商业航空有史以来最具挑战的一年。虽然疫情蔓延全球令占集团整体业务22.3%的海外业务受到影响(集团自有机队共103架,其中23架租予海外航空公司)。
然而,中国抗疫成果显著,民航市场恢复领先全球。受益于占集团整体业务77.7%(即103架自有飞机中的80架,而其中74架由集团全资附属公司——中飞租融资租赁有限公司("中飞租(天津)")持有)的中国区业务优秀表现。集团截至2020年12月31日("回顾年度")总收入与营运利润与2019年度基本持平,现金结余亦较2019年末上升。然而,集团于回顾年度录得:
1)由于民航市场受疫情严重打击,就Aviation Synergy Ltd的投资作出应占亏损及拨备约2亿港元(集团收购Aviation Synergy Ltd时投资额2,800万美元,相当于约2.18亿港元);及
2)由于人民币兑美元汇率急速变动,人民币未变现汇兑浮亏约3亿港元。目前集团债务组合中约13%为人民币债,为规避人民币汇率风险,公司已作出对冲安排,于公告日期与截至回顾年度的一般水平相比,减少了约50%的未对冲风险。
针对集团于回顾年度未经审核之综合业绩及现有资料的初步评估,公司董事会预期集团回顾年度的公司股东应占综合溢利相较2019年将录得60%至65%的下降。
如前所述,集团中国区业务于回顾年度业绩卓越[注],主营境内业务的全资附属公司——中飞租(天津)录得总收入(营业收入、其他收益及营业外收入)上升4.6%至人民币27.93亿元,净利润飙升约160%至人民币4.62亿元,货币资金结余增加24%至人民币22.49亿元。於于回顾年度,中飞租(天津)共交付6架飞机(2019年:2架飞机)及处置17架飞机(2019年:6架飞机),总资产交易量较前一年增加。
2020年是集团自成立以来面临最严峻考验的一年,但凭藉中国市场的领先优势,各项业务维持稳步运营。集团未来将投放更多资源于中国市场,善用机队升级一站式服务能力和飞机资产管理者角色乘势而上,把握更多商机。
