《大行報告》瑞信:澳門2月賭收略遜預期
瑞信發表研究報告指,澳門2月賭收稍遜預期,按年升136%至73億澳門元,主要由去年基數低帶動,去年同期賭場停業15天。即使計入農曆年假期,日均賭收仍僅按月增1%至2.61億澳門元。營運商在農曆新年假期後期見強勁需求,賭收見正常化,而貴賓廳幸運因素亦維持在高水平。累計1-2月,賭收為2019年30%水平,與去年10月30-40%相若,反映復甦緩慢。
該行指,貴賓廳賭收按月增10%,相等於疲情前20%水平,中場賭收跌2-4%,相等於疲情前35%水平。隨著疫情轉趨緩和,更多內地城市警報風險降低,相信有助需求增長。
該行表示,3月份是傳統淡季,但相信檢疫要求逐步正常化,有助賭收溫和改善。短期而言,旅客入境措施放寬和疫苗注射都利休息中場訪澳,不過監管方的結構性挑戰仍存,包括資金流、跨境賭博刑事化等,相信市場對短期聚焦於復甦,而不是市場情緒,而目前行業估值已重回2019年水平。(ic/u) ~
