法國達能:或將於今年內出售所持蒙牛(02319.HK)9.8%股權
據《路透》報道,法國食品公司達能(Danone)表示,正展開出售所持蒙牛(02319.HK)的股份。公司稱正檢視其業務組合,並已與蒙牛取得協議,由間接持有轉為直接持有於蒙牛9.8%股權,並在今年稍後視乎市況,一次過或分批出售有關股份,部分出售所得將用作股份回購。
達能指,公司間接持有的權益帳面值約8.5億歐元(10.3億美元),並在2019年貢獻5,700億歐元收益。
公司主席兼行政總裁Emmanuel Faber面臨股東壓力,因公司股價表現於新冠疫情期間落後同業。美國投資者Artism Partners加入對管理層表達不滿,促請公司尋找新行政總裁以改善管治及加快提振回報工作,認為公司主席及行政總裁不應由同一人擔任。法國媒體報道,達能董事會將於今日(1日)開會商討公司管治。
