永泰地產(00369.HK)夥董建華胞弟及呂耀東等設合營購倫敦寫字樓物業
永泰地產(00369.HK)公布,與前東方海外(00316.HK)主席、政協副主席董建華胞弟董建成、銀娛(00027.HK)副主席呂耀東以及羅嘉瑞旗下冠君產業信託(02778.HK)成立合營企業,以2.55億英鎊(約27.96億港元)收購位於66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3BQ的倫敦寫字樓物業,前稱Athene Place。
該合資公司分別由董建成持有31%、冠君持有27%、永泰及呂耀東各持有21%。公司將斥5,420萬元英鎊向合營出資,以內部資源及或借款撥付。
