法国达能:或将於今年内出售所持蒙牛(02319.HK)9.8%股权
据《路透》报道,法国食品公司达能(Danone)表示,正展开出售所持蒙牛(02319.HK)的股份。公司称正检视其业务组合,并已与蒙牛取得协议,由间接持有转为直接持有於蒙牛9.8%股权,并在今年稍後视乎市况,一次过或分批出售有关股份,部分出售所得将用作股份回购。
达能指,公司间接持有的权益帐面值约8.5亿欧元(10.3亿美元),并在2019年贡献5,700亿欧元收益。
公司主席兼行政总裁Emmanuel Faber面临股东压力,因公司股价表现於新冠疫情期间落後同业。美国投资者Artism Partners加入对管理层表达不满,促请公司寻找新行政总裁以改善管治及加快提振回报工作,认为公司主席及行政总裁不应由同一人担任。法国媒体报道,达能董事会将於今日(1日)开会商讨公司管治。
