第一視頻(00082.HK)：瘋狂體育夥拍火幣集團 瞄準海南 共同打造一個由區塊鏈技術驅動的體育娛樂平台
格隆匯2月28日丨第一視頻(00082.HK)表示，集團已透過北京瘋狂體育產業管理有限公司("瘋狂體育")與海南火鏈科技有限公司("火鏈科技」)於2021年2月27日簽訂戰略合作框架協議。根據框架協議，雙方將圍繞區塊鏈技術賦能體育競猜行業，在產業方案諮詢、數字商業模式、優質項目合作以及品牌合作推廣等方面建立戰略合作關係，共同研究體育競猜、體育遊戲等業務採用數字貨幣等作為支付方式的新業務模式，力爭打造"區塊鏈+體育"典型案例。
火幣集團旗下火鏈科技(火幣中國)是區塊鏈行業龍頭機構之一，自主研發出了具有多項自主知識產權的HuoChain底層區塊鏈技術，已與零售業、快消品、電商、物聯網、旅遊業等20餘個領域作了區塊鏈賦能實踐；依託火鏈科技研究院、火鏈科技大學、產業賦能中心、火鏈Labs打造區塊鏈行業一站式全生命週期專業服務，積極推動實體產業數字化，數字技術產業化，推動"區塊鏈+"的全面發展。
雙方合作的第一步是圍繞瘋狂體育在海南獲批的體育競猜業務展開，共同打造一個由區塊鏈技術驅動的體育娛樂平台。雙方還將聯合在多個方面開展深入戰略合作，探索區塊鏈技術在體育競猜行業的深度應用，如以HuoChain為基礎的區塊鏈技術底層，利用鏈上PlugIn智能合約技術實現競猜業務全流程真實可信自動化執行；通過區塊鏈的分佈式存儲和不可篡改技術，保證資產數據的真實性；基於多種鏈上技術模塊的組合，有效保證了生態參與者的權益，推進生態的多維延展。雙方還將加深對行業前沿技術、行業規範標準、行業創新模式的理解與應用，以紮實的技術研究支撐技術服務的落地，打造區塊鏈技術與體育競猜行業結合的典型案例。
對於體育競猜行業來説，區塊鏈技術所具有的鏈上數據防篡改、可保真、可溯源的特性，創造了一個透明、可信的技術環境。區塊鏈技術賦能體育行業有助於保證鏈下信息真實可信、鏈上數據難以篡改，進一步增強體育競猜行業及相關產品的公信力。
根據國家及海南省相關政策，海南省可以發展特色體育娛樂業、研發有獎競猜積分系統平台和監控平台，瘋狂體育通過旗下子公司獲得了在海南開展體育競猜業務的資格。第一視頻首席執行官彭錫濤先生表示："結合自身經營數年積累的逾兩億彩民用户，正計劃圍繞歐洲盃、世界盃、五大聯賽等國際知名的體育賽事、電競賽事以及海南引入的體育賽事，與火鏈科技合作，利用區塊鏈技術，建設一個線上有獎競猜系統平台，推出海南島通用的數字積分體系，共同打造一個由區塊鏈技術驅動的互聯網體育娛樂平台。"彭先生指出，國家支持海南打造國際旅遊消費中心、國家體育旅遊示範區，"平台的推出符合海南旅遊消費需求的積分體系，可以有效促進特色文體旅遊的發展。"
