德美化工(002054.SZ):擬使用不超6億元閒置自有資金進行現金管理
格隆匯 2 月 28日丨德美化工(002054.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年2月26日召開的第六屆董事會第二十九次會議審議通過了《2021年度使用閒置自有資金進行現金管理的議案》,同意公司及控股子公司使用不超過人民幣6億元閒置自有資金向非關聯方金融機構購買安全性高、流動性好、期限在12個月以內(含)的保本型現金管理產品,該6億元額度可以滾動使用,預計滾動使用的累計購買金額不超過15億元,授權期限自股東大會審議通過之日起12 個月內有效。同意提請公司股東大會授權公司董事長全權辦理與該項投資有關的具體事項,包括但不限於行使該項投資決策權並簽署相關合同。
此次關於使用自有資金進行現金管理的議案,尚需提交股東大會審議。
