格隆匯2月26日丨嘉澤新能(601619.SH)公佈,為適應電力體制改革的需要,延伸公司產業結構,並進一步開拓能源市場、完善公司的戰略佈局,公司一級全資子公司寧夏嘉隆新能源運營管理有限公司以自有資金2000萬元人民幣設立全資子公司寧夏嘉駿售電有限公司。
公司一級全資子公司設立售電公司,符合當前國家加快推進售電側改革政策要求;有利於公司藉助當前電力市場改革契機,依託政策支持和區域優勢,快速拓展在電力銷售市場的相關業務,構建在配售電業務上的產業佈局,培育新的利潤增長點。
