*ST藏格(000408.SZ)：藏格鉀肥部分資產及銀行賬户被查封凍結
格隆匯 2 月 26日丨*ST藏格(000408.SZ)公佈，青海省公安廳於2020年11月17日對公司全資子公司格爾木藏格鉀肥有限公司(“藏格鉀肥”)不動產44處(其中房產面積84,444.18平方米、土地面積1,113,736.58平方米)進行查封；於2020年12月25日對藏格鉀肥持有青海西寧農村商業銀行股份有限公司10%股份進行凍結、藏格鉀肥開設的銀行基本賬户進行凍結(截止目前賬户餘額9,409,458.41元)。被凍結資產賬面價值(含資金)佔公司2020年三季報末總資產3.84%，其中，被凍結資金佔公司2020年三季報末貨幣資金1.20%。
上海宏築物資有限公司(“宏築物資”)持有青海焦煤產業(集團)有限公司(“青海焦煤”)40%股權，公司實際控制人肖永明曾於2006年收購宏築物資100%股權。2011年，宏築物資將其持有的青海焦煤全部股權轉讓給臻鵬熠霄(上海)實業發展有限公司，上述轉讓完成後，宏築物資不再持有青海焦煤股權。參股期間，宏築物資委託青海焦煤將部分款項匯入藏格鉀肥賬户，並在2012年又將相關款項從藏格鉀肥轉出。。因青海焦煤產業集團涉嫌非法採礦被青海省公安廳立案偵查，藏格鉀肥部分資產及賬户被青海省公安廳查封凍結。目前公司正在積極配合青海省公安廳的偵查工作。
青海省公安廳曾於2020年11月16日對藏格鉀肥相關人員進行筆錄問詢，並吿知：案件正在偵查當中，需對此立案偵查相關事宜予以保密。公司於上述凍結髮生後向青海省公安廳書面提交了《關於查封凍結信息披露的請示》，經溝通後，根據公安機關偵查的需要，公司暫未對該事項進行披露；同時公司積極向監管部門就此事項進行了彙報。
2021年2月25日晚間，公司收到肖永明家屬通知稱，公司實際控制人肖永明先生已於當日被青海省人民檢察院以涉嫌非法採礦罪正式批准逮捕。在知悉上述事項後，公司再次與青海省公安廳溝通後，遂將上述資產賬户查封凍結情況進行披露。
