寶泰隆(601011.SH)擬以5000萬元募集資金臨時補充流動資金
格隆匯2月26日丨寶泰隆(601011.SH)公佈,為提高募集資金的使用效率,減少財務費用,降低公司運營成本,維護公司投資者的利益,在確保募集資金項目建設的資金需求以及募集資金使用計劃正常進行的前提下,公司決定用部分閒置募集資金臨時補充公司流動資金,該筆資金僅限於與公司主營業務相關的生產經營使用,總額不超過人民幣5000萬元,使用期限不超過十二個月,自公司董事會審議通過之日起計算。公司將根據募投項目對資金的需求,歸還本次用於臨時補充流動資金的募集資金。
