欣鋭科技(300745.SZ)業績快報：2020年業績盈轉虧至2.57億元
格隆匯 2 月 26日丨欣鋭科技(300745.SZ)披露2020年年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入為3.54億元，同比下降40.70%；營業利潤為虧損3.08億元；利潤總額為虧損3.11億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2.57億元，上年同期盈利2704.13萬元；基本每股收益為虧損2.25元。
2020年度新能源汽車行業出現了重大調整，公司業績首次出現虧損情況，
主要原因如下：
1、2020年受新冠肺炎疫情影響，以及新能源汽車國際化競爭加劇的影響，新能源汽車行業競爭格局發生重大調整，國內傳統自主品牌主機廠的整車銷量受到嚴重擠壓，導致公司訂單同比減少，產品銷量同比下降，公司報吿期內的營業收入同比下降幅度達40.70%，導致公司的毛利率大幅下降；2020年也是新能源汽車行業的調整期，行業“洗牌”造成部分客户陷入困境，公司按照《企業會計準則》的規定新增計提資產減值和信用減值，經公司及下屬子公司對2020年末可能存在減值跡象的資產進行全面清查和減值測試後，計提2020年度各項信用減值和資產減值準備合計1.26億元，將導致公司2020年度利潤總額減少人民幣1.26億元。
2、報吿期內,公司持續高強度投入研發，主要投入燃料電池專用產品開發、軟件開發、國際品牌客户項目准入等，研發投入總金額為人民幣1.05億元，佔營業總收入29.82%。公司堅定研發投入為提升公司“品牌向上”的戰略增加動力，公司在夯實的產品研發能力基礎上更紮實地開展業務。
3、報吿期內，因偶發的質量索賠事件（供應商電子元器件質量問題），給公司2020年度報吿的利潤總額造成不利影響。該案件暫未有終審判決，在訴訟審結之前，對公司2020年度利潤或期後利潤的影響存在不確定性。
4、報吿期內，公司推出了2020年限制性股票激勵計劃，因授予公司限制性股票激勵計劃產生的股份支付費用523.77萬元，將計入本報吿期損益。
