拉卡拉(300773.SZ)業績快報：2020年淨利升16.01%至9.35億元
格隆匯 2 月 26日丨拉卡拉(300773.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，全年實現營業收入55.57億元，同比增長13.42%；歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤為9.35億元，同比增長16.01%；基本每股收益1.17元。
該業績的取得主要源於：(1)公司自2月底國內疫情緩解後，啟動了新一輪市場擴張計劃，自3月份開始支付交易規模和收入持續增長，全年支付業務收入達46.65億元，同比增長7%，交易規模、服務商户數量均創歷史新高；(2)商户規模效應以及交易持續增長，賦能商户經營的金融、信息、電商等科技服務的收入與利潤佔比進一步提升，商户經營業務全年實現收入6.33億元，同比增長43%。
報吿期內，公司加大產品創新和市場拓展力度，支付交易規模達4.34萬億，同比增長34%。(一)推出實現獨立通訊、聚合掃碼與刷卡支付並支持電子化簽名的新型終端產品，解決大量中小微商户復商復市的需求。(二)積極佈局數字貨幣，公司與央行數字貨幣研究所及其指定的運營銀行簽署了合作協議、實現系統對接。積極助力深圳、蘇州、北京、上海等試點城市的數幣落地推廣。目前，公司新型終端均已具備受理數字貨幣的能力。(三)完善B端支付產品。推出“支付+賬户+增值服務”的系列SaaS產品，滿足行業客户及其上下游用户場景化資金結算、管理和賬户訴求；進一步完善雲收單產品，將自身成熟的收單、風控系統賦能中小銀行合作伙伴，實現共贏，全年新簽約上線銀行40家。(四)豐富掃碼終端、優化用户體驗。目前已形成智能POS、藍精靈、手機POS、雲音箱、收款碼等一系列受理掃碼支付的終端產品。去年實現掃碼交易7927億元，同比增長23%。(五)公司與全球主要國際卡組織建立了密切合作關係，為境外持卡人在境內消費提供支付服務。連通(杭州)技術服務有限公司(美國運通在國內合資成立的銀行卡清算機構)獲得國內清算牌照後，公司成為首家上線美國運通人民幣卡收單業務的支付機構，截止到年底，已開通上百萬商户的連通業務受理，在美國運通人民幣卡收單市場佔有率排名第一。
