联华超市(00980.HK)料去年亏损按年减少10%至20%
联华超市(00980.HK)公布,较2019年度净亏损3.78亿元人民币(下同),集团预计截至去年12月31日止年度之业绩将录得按年减亏,减亏幅度约为10%至20%。
集团指,影响公司去年业绩的一次性因素主要有曹杨路地块收储收益、确认一家联营公司的投资损失、根据公司对便利店业态战略发展的总体考量,各地区该业态梳理整合损失、以及个别大型综合超市门店的闭店损失。上述因素合计产生的亏损不超过2.5亿元。
