鄭志剛:料下半年本港零售市道錄雙位數反彈
新世界發展(00017.HK)執行副主席兼行政總裁鄭志剛在網上發布會上表示,預期香港整體經濟在下半年會看到慢慢復甦的跡象,隨著香港政府剛宣布將向每名合資格港人派發5,000元電子消費券,相信市道在下半年一定會好轉,料會有雙位數反彈。
他透露,旗下K11的表現在疫情期間已錄得增長,並取得很多市場份額,形容是在「打疫境波」,料未來動力仍會強勁。他希望未來五年香港K11的租金收入年複合增長率平均達15%至20%,而內地K11則希望達25%至30%。
他又指,公司的策略一向都是在合適的時間出售回報低的非核心業務,另一方面投資高回報資產以優化組合,在去年7月1日至今年2月底,集團共出售128億元的非核心資產,相信會超額完成2021財年出售非核心資產的目標。在投資方面,集團對於健康醫養輕資產業務、公路物流及新經濟等方面都有興趣,會適時作出公布,部局方面則會集中在大灣區,強調對於非核心業務的投資仍不會脫離其核心業務發展。
