華宏科技(002645.SZ)業績快報：2020年淨利升27.02%至2.27億元
格隆匯 2 月 26日丨華宏科技(002645.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業總收入33.79億元，同比增長56.36%；營業利潤2.56億元，同比增長18.52%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.27億元，同比增長27.02%；基本每股收益0.4268元。
2020年度，公司緊緊圍繞董事會的決策部署，積極應對新冠肺炎疫情對行業的挑戰，有序開展生產經營管理。公司董事會帶領全體員工堅定信心、攻堅克難，及時調整經營策略，一手牢抓疫情防控，一手搶抓復工復產，通過採取加大市場開拓力度、提高產品質量、嚴把內部運營成本、提升售後服務水平等手段，搶抓市場機遇，注重轉型升級，確保了公司持續、穩健發展。
(1)再生資源裝備及運營業務
2020年，面對新冠肺炎疫情的嚴重衝擊和嚴峻複雜的國內外環境，中國以獨到的抗疫措施，成為全球唯一實現經濟正增長的國家。2020年，中國粗鋼產量為10.53億噸，同比增長7.7%。在國內鐵礦石依賴進口，和環境保護力度趨嚴的背景下，廢鋼成為了現代鋼鐵工業主要的不可缺少的綠色原料，也是唯一可以大量替代鐵礦石的鐵素原料。進入二季度，國內廢鋼需求和價格呈現穩步上升趨勢，公司再生資源裝備需求量穩步回升；同時，公司再生資源運營業務也迎來發展機遇；
(2)電梯信號系統及安全部件業務
報吿期內，公司繼續秉持智能製造、精益製造的發展理念，不斷提升產品智能化水平；同時緊緊圍繞大客户，加強新產品開發投入，獲得了高端項目訂單；公司內部通過採取一系列降本、增效手段，增強了公司市場競爭力。疫情期間，公司推出的電梯信號系統生物識別技術產品，以及為客户定製化開發的扶梯扶手消毒裝置也受到市場認可。報吿期內，公司積極拓展電梯安全部件業務，加大研發、生產、銷售投入，進一步提升公司綜合實力；
(3)稀土資源綜合利用業務
報吿期內，公司圍繞循環經濟產業積極進行佈局，通過全資收購吉安鑫泰科技有限公司，將再生資源綜合利用產業鏈延伸至稀土資源綜合利用領域。稀土被譽為“工業維生素”，是一個國家的重要戰略資源，隨着新能源汽車、風電、變頻家電、工業機器人等產業的快速發展，稀土產品需求迎來快速增長。在稀土資源開採總量得到保護性控制的背景下，公司稀土資源綜合利用業務迎來快速發展。
