格隆匯 2 月 26日丨多喜愛(002761.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報,報吿期內,公司實現營業總收入800.34億元,同比增長5.80%;實現營業利潤14.45億元,同比增長12.56%;實現利潤總額15.11億元,同比增長24.01%;實現歸屬上市公司股東淨利潤10.88億元,同比增長30.23%;基本每股收益0.96元。
公司利潤增長的主要原因一方面是公司在積極克服疫情帶來影響的同時,通過一手抓市場開拓,一手抓現場管理,積極推行項目長負責制等措施,對項目成本費用控制取得一定成效;另一方面是公司開展了項目工程款結算的催審催討攻堅戰,工程項目回款取得了明顯成效,按規定計提的減值準備同比減少。
