REF HOLDINGS(01631.HK)預計年度除税後純利減少40%至50%
格隆匯2月26日丨REF HOLDINGS(01631.HK)發佈公吿,公司預計截至2020年12月31日止年度收益將較上一年度減少約20%至25%,而本年度除税後純利預期亦會較上一年度除税後純利約3350萬港元減少約40%至50%。
董事會認為,本年度除税後純利預期減少主要歸因於:(1)來自首次公開發售項目的收益減少,原因為公司完成的首次公開發售項目數量較上一年度減少;(2)集團預期就財務投資錄得按巿值計價公平值虧損,主要由於本年度香港股票市場表現反覆;及(3)預期本年度貿易及其他應收款項減值撥備將大幅增加,原因為2020年第一季度爆發新型冠狀病毒疫情對市場造成負面影響。
