華測檢測(300012.SZ):擬使用不超15億元閒置自有資金進行委託理財和證券投資
格隆匯 2 月 25日丨華測檢測(300012.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年2月25日召開第五屆董事會第十三次會議和第五屆監事會第十二次會議,審議通過了《關於使用自有閒置資金進行委託理財和證券投資的議案》,同意公司及公司子公司使用額度不超過人民幣15億元或等值外幣的閒置自有資金進行委託理財和證券投資,其中,進行委託理財的額度不超過人民幣10億元,進行證券投資額度不超過人民幣5億元,期限自董事會審議通過之日起12個月內有效。在上述期限及額度內,資金可滾動使用。
