澳洲成峯高教(01752.HK)中期收益達1340萬澳元 正積極尋求併購國內市場目標
格隆匯2月25日丨澳洲成峯高教(01752.HK)公佈，截至2020年12月31日止6個月，公司實現收益為約1340萬澳元，毛利為約630萬澳元，報吿期間利潤為約90萬澳元。
於報吿期間，TOP遵循更新後的策略來開發及開設新課程，以適應不斷變化的市場並把握新興的收益增長機會。開發創新短期課程為在職專業人士提供一個途徑，可以利用空餘時間增進其感興趣的特定領域的技能。該等課程的學生能夠從人羣中脱穎而出，並能夠滿足特定領域的新興市場及專業技能要求。TOP一直在改進課程教學模式，使其更適合當前環境下的遠程學生。
集團的有效管理使其能夠表現出色，於2020年12月31日帶來了約3000萬澳元現金的現金流入。資產負債表及現金狀況保持強勁，零銀行債務在新型冠狀病毒疫情期間提供了很大的業務靈活性；地區分校的收益增長勢頭良好，在一定程度上抵銷了國際學生市場的短期挑戰。此狀況使公司有能力經受一段長時間的不確定性。
於報吿期間，TOP在塔斯馬尼亞州霍巴特分校的收益增長速度超出預期，貢獻了近200萬澳元的收益。與2019年同期相比，收益增長了約1622%。
為配合集團的TOP3.0戰略，集團一直在建設基礎設施，並在新型冠狀病毒疫情期間證明了其在線學習教學能力。公司在不影響學生的學習體驗的情況下迅速將教學方式改為在線教學，另外通過強大的學生支援系統來增強學生支援服務及學習體驗。同時，集團正在通過國內外網絡為公司日後採用在線教學模式的學位課程探索及擴展其他可能的新目標市場。
公司表示，作為合資格的全額自費高等教育助學貸款計劃機構，TOP的課程獲批申請全額自費高等教育助學貸款計劃的學生學費貸款。在疫情的影響下以及我們通過創新課程提升在線教學能力，TOP將能夠通過全額自費高等教育助學貸款計劃授權來吸引國內學生。?本集團將繼續轉移數字資源及能力，以加快新收益渠道（例如在線教學計劃及澳洲國內市場）的增長，同時等待國際邊境重新開放。
集團正在積極尋求併購或直接投資國內市場中目標（包括知名機構及國內招生合作伙伴）的機會，以擴大並將集團的業務多元化。同時，集團將繼續評估在線學習技術以及與其他國家及地區的機構合作的潛在機會，此舉可為集團帶來業務協同效應，並支持公司在學生來源跨國多元化以及中國及東南亞其他地區教育資產本地化方面的國際化方針。
