2月24日港股市場，北水淨流出199.6億，創歷史新高，亦爲2020年12月18日以來首次淨流出。其中港股通(滬)淨流出約118.43億港元，港股通(深)淨流出81.17億港元。
北水淨買入最多的個股是中國移動(00941)、中生製藥(01177)、長城汽車(02333)。北水淨賣出最多的個股是港交所(00388)、金山軟件(03888)、中海油(00883)。

個股點評
中國移動(00941)獲淨買入4.99億港元。消息面上，裏昂發佈研究報告，看好中國移動會成爲5G大贏家。因估值吸引，維持“買入”評級，目標價80港元。報告中稱，中資電訊股近日走出谷底，內地三大電訊商第四季服務收入增長加速至6-7%，預計今年續升5%，主要由5G和工業工聯網帶動。目前，中資電訊股業務持續改善，估值低廉。
中生製藥(01177)獲淨買入2.61億港元。消息面上，美銀證券認爲，中生製藥所持股科興利潤貢獻和疫苗資產被低估，指中生目前的估值尚未反映來自科興利潤貢獻。從商業化的角度來看，Sinovac的新冠疫苗應比Cansino等其他上市公司更使人放心，考慮其更早的發佈時間，更好的定價環境和制量。該行重申“買入”評級，目標價由9.79港元上調至14.73港元。此外，公司與康方生物-B(09926)共同開發的抗PD-1單抗藥物派安普利（安尼可）聯合紫杉醇和卡鉑用於局部晚期或轉移性鱗狀非小細胞肺癌一線治療的III期臨牀試驗中期分析，達到主要研究終點。
長城汽車(02333)獲淨買入1.03億港元。消息面上，2月19日，Schroders Plc增持長城汽車1454.1萬股，每股作價26.2703港元，總金額約爲3.82億港元。增持後最新持股數目約爲2.187億股，最新持股比例爲7.06%。
港交所(00388)遭淨賣出40.4億港元。消息面上，香港特區政府財政司司長陳茂波稱，香港計劃將股票交易印花稅提高至0.13%，此前爲買賣雙方按交易金額各付0.1%。美銀證券認爲，政府上調股票印花稅稅率提議，對港交所短期營業額影響屬中性的，但從長期來看，高昂的交易成本將不利於港交所擴大及吸引投資者，構成負面影響。而香港交易所2月24日在2020年全年業績傳媒簡佈會上回應提問時稱，印花稅提升不會在幾個月內就實行，仍然需要立法過程。此外，港交所午間發佈年度業績，全年營收191.9億港元，同比上升18%；全年淨利潤115.1億港元，同比增長23%。
此外，思摩爾國際(06969)獲淨買入4364萬港元。而金山軟件(03888)、中海油(00883)、中芯國際(00981)分別遭淨賣出10.6億、7.93億、1.88億港元。
