格隆匯 2 月 25日丨香港資源控股(02882.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止六個月,集團於本期間錄得總營業額約3.89億港元,較去年同期營業額減少25%。集團錄得擁有人應占溢利約986.2萬港元,而2019年同期則錄得擁有人應占虧損約3797.2萬港元;基本每股盈利0.006港元。
公吿稱,溢利變動主要由於節省成本措施(包括但不僅限於減少薪金及租金成本);收到香港政府的保就業計劃補貼;融資成本減少;人民幣升值產生的匯兑收益;及集團可換股債券公平值變動產生的收益。
