港交所舉辦2020年業績簡佈會，同時迴應印花稅上調！

香港交易及結算所有限公司（香港交易所）於2021年2月24日（星期三）下午公佈2020年全年業績。香港交易所代理集團行政總裁戴志堅及集團財務總監劉碧茵出席並主持此次簡佈會。
代理集團行政總裁戴志堅在戰略摘要中表示：「儘管宏觀經濟環境充滿挑戰，香港交易所在 2020年仍然表現強勁，收入及其他收益和溢利連續第三年創新高。 現貨市場成交額、滬深港通及債券通交易量均創新高，新股市場也繁榮興旺，抵消了低息環境對投資收益造成的影響。港交所繼續大力推進落實戰略規劃，把握新的增長機遇，同時審慎管理成本及風險。港交所的市場成交活躍，上市申請絡繹不絕，產品組合不斷豐富，我相信未來香港交易所將繼續在連接全球投資者企業和市場方面扮演重要的角色，朝着國際領先亞洲時區交易所的願景大步前進。」
| 財務業績：香港交易所財務業績連續三年創新高
1、收入及其他收益191.90億港元，創歷史新高，其中主要業務收入同比升24%，反映標題平均每日成交金額創新高帶動交易及結算費上升
2、滬深港通收入及其他收益創新高:19.26億港元(同比升91%)3、投資收益淨額22.28億港元，同比跌18%，爲集體投資計劃的公平值收益減少及利息收益減少所致4、股東應佔溢利創新高:115.05億港元(同比升23%)

| 季度業績：雖有影響，仍然表現強勁
香港交易所表示，2020年雖然受新冠病毒和宏觀經濟環境波動影響，港交所2020年財務業績仍創新高，並優於以往趨勢。

|業務分部：全面上升，各分部收入創新高
1、股本證券產品平均每日成交金額及滬深港通收入創新高；2、新上市衍生權證及牛熊證數目創新高；3、平均每日成交金額及交收指示以及滬深港通結算收入創新高。
——現貨分部項下股本證券產品平均每日成交金額上升60%(2020年:1,109億港元;2019年:692億港元);
——股本證券及金融衍生產品項下衍生權證、牛熊證及權證平均每日成交金額上升3%(2020年:186億港元;2019年:180億港元)；
——平均每日成交金額上升49%(2020年:1,295億港元;2019年:872億港元)。

| 港股通流：內地投資者2020年表現強勁
簡報會上，港交所表示內地投資者於香港市場的淨買入於2020年表現強勁，2020年港股通淨買入總額6720億港元。內地資本持續透過港股通流入港股市場。

今日港股重挫，南下資金鉅額流出，淨流出額199.6億港元，爲今年以來首次淨流出。其中，港股通（滬）淨流出118.43億港元，港股通（深）淨流出81.17億港元。

| 印花稅迴應：不必過度反應
香港交易所在會上就香港財政司司長陳茂波今日表示香港計劃將股票交易印花稅上調至0.13%做出迴應：「市場需要時間來消化，在今天不能評論真實的影響會怎樣，但是大家不用反應過大、過快，需要更多的時間觀察。香港市場的吸引力，除了成本也有很多其他的因素考慮，比如上市公司質量等，這些因素都可以增加香港資本市場的活力。」
