瀾起科技(688008.SH)業績快報：2020年度淨利升18.31%至11.04億元
格隆匯2月25日丨瀾起科技(688008.SH)發佈2020年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司主要經營業務穩定發展。公司實現營業收入18.24億元，較上年度增長4.94%；實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤11.04億元，較上年度增長18.31%；實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤7.597億元，較上年度下降9.01%。受行業去庫存影響，公司2020年下半年營業收入較上年同期有所下降。
報吿期內，公司銷售收入主要來自於互連類芯片產品線(目前包括內存接口芯片及其配套芯片、PCIeRetimer芯片等)及津逮®服務器平台產品線(包括津逮®CPU及混合安全內存模組)。其中，互連類芯片產品線(報吿期內主要為內存接口芯片)實現銷售收入17.94億元，同比增長4.21%；津逮®服務器平台產品線實現銷售收入2965.01萬元，同比增長82.17%。
報吿期內，公司股份支付費用為2.02億元，該費用計入經常性損益，對歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤影響為1.91億元(已考慮相關所得税費用的影響)。因此，2020年度剔除股份支付費用影響後的歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為12.95億元，較上年度增長38.77%；2020年度剔除股份支付費用影響後的歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為9.51億元，較上年度增長13.84%。
報吿期內公司財務狀況良好。截至報吿期末，公司總資產84.19億元，較年初增長8.21%；歸屬於母公司的所有者權益80.70億元，較年初增長10.10%。
公司淨利潤持續增長的主要原因為：1、主營業務收入及毛利潤保持穩定增長；2、公司投資青島聚源芯星股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)而間接持有中芯國際集成電路製造有限公司股票(股票代碼為：688981)，產生公允價值變動收益約1.50億元，對報吿期內淨利潤的影響為1.13億元(已考慮相關所得税費用的影響)；3、公司計入當期損益的政府補助較上年度有所增長。
