信恳智能(01967.HK)发盈警,预期截至去年12月31日止年度收益按年减少约13%,纯利按年大幅下降约60%至70%。
收益及纯利的下降主要是由於新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)於期内在全球蔓延,以致商业和经济环境恶化以及多国采取封关措施,导致客户需求减少;新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)於去年第一季度爆发期间,集团生产厂房暂时停工以及中国政府采取的封关措施;虽然预期收益下跌,集团若干营运成本仍属固定,因而拖低整体毛利率;及确认出售闲置和过时设备亏损所致。
