灣區發展(00737.HK)年度淨利增長13%至6.89億元
格隆匯 2 月 25日丨灣區發展(00737.HK)公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度全年,集團淨溢利按年增長13%至人民幣6.89億元,主要由於出售新塘合營企業22.5%股權錄得出售收益及受惠人民幣升值所產生的匯兑收益,抵銷了因應新冠肺炎疫情狀況實施免收車輛通行費政策令路費收入減少的影響。
集團及交通集團(透過廣東公路建設)已於2020年9月完成出售新塘合營企業合共60%股權(即集團所持有的22.5%股權及廣東公路建設所持有的37.5%股權)及相應股東借款。
完成出售事項後,集團仍持有新塘合營企業15%股權,並錄得扣除税項前出售收益約人民幣5.45億元,扣除税項後出售利潤約人民幣4.09億元。
建議末期股息每股人民幣9.1分,全年常規派息率為100%(不計特別中期股息每股人民幣10分)。
