据报小米(01810.HK)开始在印度生产手机
据外电报道,小米(01810.HK)印度主管及环球副总裁Manu Jain表示,随着新厂房启动,在当地销售的99%智能电话和100%的智能电视,都会在当地生产。
他指,乐见印度成为出口枢纽,去年已经开始出口少量货物至邻近地区,如孟加拉和尼泊尔等,但目前将首先满足当地需求,再考虑出口。
他又指,目前已开始营运在当地设有的一间手机厂房,另一间手机厂及一间电视生产工厂正在建设。电话中所用的绝大部分组件,包括印刷电路板组件(PCBA)和副板、背板、充电器和电池是属本地制造,从今年起会进一步制造相机模组。
