內地多市政府指今年將推行住宅用地「集中供地」
內地多市政府發布通知,指今年將推行住宅用地「集中供地」模式。
其中,青島發布《堅決落實上級有關要求部署2021年住宅用地供應工作》,嚴格實行住宅用地「兩集中」同步公開出讓,即集中發佈出讓公告、集中組織出讓活動。按照青島市的計劃,全年將分3批次集中統一發布住宅用地的招拍掛公告並實施招拍掛出讓活動,引導市場理性競爭。
河南省鄭州市此前發佈《關於統一組織住宅用地掛牌出讓公告發佈的緊急通知》,收回部分區的住宅用地出讓公告發佈權。
天津市亦發布《市規劃資源局關於做好2021年住宅用地集中出讓有關工作的通知》,要求天津市確定於今年3月、6月、9月中旬分三批次集中統一發布住宅用地的出讓公告,除上述三個日期外,不得再發布住宅用地的出讓公告。
