据报领展(00823.HK)停车场4月起加租2%至4%
据《香港01》报道,领展(00823.HK)决定於4月起於旗下54个停车场加租,占其121个停车场约45%,余下67个车场则继续冻租,即连续两年冻租。领展会为续租车主提供3月份月租减半优惠,4月1日实施新月费会平均上调2%至4%,每月最多加95元。
领展同时会向续租车主提供包括8张可转让的领展停车场1小时时租泊车券、汽油、汽车美容服务及汽车保险礼券等,优惠总额约1,900元。发言人又指,「新月费计划」旨在维持旗下停车场整体及长远的稳定营运。
