華興證券:上調印花稅對本港市場影響不大
財政司司長陳茂波發表最新一份財政預算案,上調股票交易印花稅稅率自0.1%提高至0.13%。華興證券(香港)表示,印花稅上調後,買賣雙方合計將繳納0.26%的印花稅,相比A股按照成交金額的0.1%單向徵收印花稅,以及其他主要市場的稅率,港股市場印花稅上調的幅度並不算太高,認為考慮到交易成本和價格彈性,對個人投資者的交易意願或有一定影響,但對機構客戶影響相對有限。
該行指,印花稅稅率並不是金融中心競爭力的主要因素,上調印花稅亦可使港股市場資金面更多元及更具韌性,惟本港資本市場相關改革步伐略慢於預期,這一趨勢加上地緣政治風險及不確定性,更應引起投資者注意。
