格隆匯 2 月 24日丨金科文化(300459.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，實現營業總收入17.63億元，同比下降9.28%；營業利潤7.32億元；利潤總額7.34億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7.21億元，上年同期虧損27.66億元（調整後）；基本每股收益0.20元。
報吿期內，公司繼續落實以“會説話的湯姆貓家族”IP為核心的全棲IP生態運營商發展戰略，線上推進移動應用、動漫影視等業務，線下佈局IP衍生品與授權業務、IP親子主題樂園等連鎖業態，打造全棲IP生態運營商。圍繞“會説話的湯姆貓家族”IP，公司線上、線下業務經營發展狀況良好。報吿期內公司經營業績的主要變動原因如下：
1、線上業務方面，受全球新型冠狀病毒疫情的影響，公司線上移動應用業務新增用户下載量、平均活躍用户數等指標均較去年同期有所增長；報吿期內，公司新增上線了《湯姆貓大冒險》、《湯姆貓總動員》及《湯姆貓飛車》等“會説話的湯姆貓家族”IP系列線上移動應用，新產品上線後表現良好，其中，公司於2020年6月在全球應用市場上線了新一代養成類移動應用產品《湯姆貓總動員》，進一步豐富了公司“會説話的湯姆貓家族”IP系列線上移動應用的產品矩陣；此外，隨着“會説話的湯姆貓家族”IP旗下《我的湯姆貓2》、《湯姆貓總動員》等核心優勢產品先後獲取版號，核心優勢產品在國內市場的上線進一步提升了公司線上移動應用業務收入。而在線上動漫影視業務上，報吿期內公司在YouTube、Netflix、優酷、愛奇藝、騰訊等主流視頻播放平台新增上線了長篇動畫作品《會説話的湯姆貓家族》第五季，動漫影視作品的持續推出進一步擴大了公司IP在全球範圍內的影響力。線上業務的積極開展為公司全棲IP生態運營商發展戰略的順利落實奠定了紮實基礎。
2、線下業務方面，隨着國內新型冠狀病毒疫情趨於穩定，公司IP親子主題樂園等線下業務均恢復正常經營。本年度是公司IP親子主題樂園業務“全國城市合夥人”計劃穩步實施的階段，公司陸續在浙江寧波、廣東佛山、山東日照、杭州富陽等地新增開業了多家IP親子主題樂園合夥人店，目前已形成“自營樂園+合夥制樂園”的經營態勢。
