《大行報告》大摩料新地(00016.HK)中期每股盈利按年升27% 估新世界(00017.HK)股盈增29%
摩根士丹利發表報告表示,三大本地發展商新地(00016.HK)、新世界(00017.HK)及信和置業(00083.HK)將於本周公布截至去年底止中期業績,當中預料新地及新世界中期息將按年持平,而信置則有望升7%;整體平均收益率為4.4%。
該行指,在匯璽項目入帳下,預期新地中期每股基本盈利按年升27%,每股中期息按年持平至1.25元;而新世界中期每股基本盈利亦料升29%,每股中期息維持在0.56元。至於料信置中期每股基本盈利按年下跌31%,每股中期息則升7%至0.15元。
