市傳富衛擬棄香港轉往新加坡或美國上市
據《路透》旗下IFR報道,富衛集團(FWD Group)正考慮在新加坡又或者透過特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)在美國上市,以維持雙重股權結構。
IFR於去年9月報道時指,富衛一直希望爭取在今年中於香港進行30億美元IPO,但據悉公司認為這種方式可能與預期的資本結構不相符。
香港的上市規則只允許創新公司以同股不同權方式上市,但據悉富衛不完全符合港交所(00388.HK)對創新公司的定義,目前雙方正試圖解決分歧,同時富衛亦正探討在新加坡及美國上市的可能性。
