凯升控股(00102.HK)向太阳城(01383.HK)附属授出9.3亿元贷款
凯升控股(00102.HK)公布,太阳城(01383.HK)间接拥有51%权益的附属公司SunTrust与公司直接全资附属公司SA Investments订立贷款协议,SA Investments须向SunTrust提供贷款,即本金金额1.2亿美元(相当於9.3亿港元),年息6厘。
公司指,SunTrust需要资金用於兴建及开发主酒店娱乐场,其为唯一及独家经营商及管理人。贷款将可提供SunTrust用於兴建及开发主酒店娱乐场所需的部分必要资金。
