雨潤食品(01068.HK)：南京雨潤管理人已向法院提交合並重整申請
格隆匯 2 月 23日丨雨潤食品(01068.HK)公佈，有關公司獲悉該法院已裁定受理南京雨潤及安徽福潤的債權人提出的該等申請。於2021年2月23日，公司獲悉該法院已發出《(2020)蘇01破40、41號公吿》，指基於南京雨潤與安徽福潤及另外42家境內公司的高度關聯性，南京雨潤管理人已向該法院提交申請合併該等公司入南京雨潤與安徽福潤重整申請案中一併重整。
該等公司為42家公司的全資附屬公司，即馬鞍山雨潤食品有限公司、濱海滙利肉類加工有限公司、常德福潤食品有限公司、定遠縣福潤肉類加工有限公司、紅安漢鵬肉類食品有限公司、綿竹福潤肉類加工有限公司、泗陽福潤肉類加工有限公司、武威天祥肉類加工有限公司、新餘潤合肉類食品有限公司、重慶百發肉類加工有限公司、江蘇雨潤肉食品有限公司、佳木斯順達食品有限公司、常德雨潤食品有限公司、廣元福潤肉類食品有限公司、合肥萬潤食品有限公司、湖南輝鴻食品有限公司、灤南利民食品有限公司、滕州東啟肉類加工有限公司、鍾祥市盤龍肉類加工有限公司、扶余聯潤食品有限公司、高平新勝肉類食品有限公司、宜陽福潤肉類加工有限公司、渭南生秦肉類加工有限公司、息縣譽昆肉類加工有限公司、連雲港福潤食品有限公司、桐城市福潤包裝材料有限公司、桐城市雨潤肉類加工有限公司、開封福潤肉類食品有限公司、南充健民肉類加工有限公司、慶陽福潤肉類加工有限公司、海南儋州福潤肉類加工有限公司、武漢長江雨潤食品有限公司、宿州福潤肉類食品有限公司、瀋陽福潤肉類加工有限公司、霍邱福潤肉類加工有限公司、江西雨潤食品有限公司、開原市福潤肉類食品有限公司、新樂市飛騰肉類加工有限公司、天門福潤肉類加工有限公司、湖北雨潤肉類食品有限公司、濟南萬潤肉類加工有限公司和開原大眾肉類加工有限公司。
此前披露稱公司於2020年6月30日未償還的銀行貸款約為人民幣50.30億元。截至公吿日止，該未償還的銀行貸款金額沒有重大變化。此外，截至公吿日止，集團並未收到因合併重整申請而違反借款契諾之相關債權銀行通知需要立即還款。
