格隆匯2月23日丨連續3個漲停的德新交運(603032.SH)發佈股票交易風險提示公吿，公司股票交易價格連續4個交易日(2021年2月18日、2月19日、2月22日、2月23日)上漲39.80%，鑑於公司市盈率(以公司2021年2月23日收盤價格10.01元/股計算，動態市盈率為1550倍)相較同行業上市公司明顯偏高，提示廣大投資者理性投資,注意風險。
受民航、鐵路運輸競爭因素、公路運輸行業整體下行及新冠疫情影響，公司近年來經營業績持續下滑。公司於2021年1月27日披露了《2020年年度業績預虧公吿》、《關於公司股票可能被實施退市風險警示的第一次風險提示公吿》，經公司財務部門初步測算，公司預計2020年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-600萬元到-900萬元，扣除非經常性損益事項後，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計為-2765萬元到-3065萬元。根據公司財務部門初步測算的2020年度業績數據，將觸及《上海證券交易所股票上市規則(2020年修訂)》第13.3.2 條“(一)最近一個會計年度經審計的淨利潤為負值且營業收入低於1億元，或追溯重述後最近一個會計年度淨利潤為負值且營業收入低於1億元”規定的情形，公司經審計的2020年年度報吿披露後，公司股票(證券簡稱：德新交運，證券代碼：603032)交易可能被實施“退市風險警示”。
市盈率遠高於同行業水平及二級市場交易風險。截至2021年2月23日，公司收盤價格為10.01元，靜態市盈率為224.2倍，動態市盈率為1550倍，均遠高於同行業水平。公司敬請廣大投資者注意二級市場交易風險，理性決策，審慎投資。
2020年12月30日，公司第三屆董事會第十九次(臨時)會議審議通過《關於<德力西新疆交通運輸集團股份有限公司重大資產購買報吿書(草案)>的議案》等與本次重組相關的議案，2021年1月13日，公司收到上海證券交易所上市公司監管一部下發的《問詢函》，截止公吿披露日，公司以及相關中介機構正積極對《問詢函》中涉及的相關問題進行補充、核實，中介機構核查、調查工作尚在進行中。
