青岛:产权型人才住房购房合同满五年可上市交易
青岛市住房和城乡建设局公布,《关於进一步优化人才住房建设和筹集工作的意见》面向公众徵求意见。其中提到,市南区、市北区、李沧区要以城市更新为支撑,通过盘活利用闲置建筑等方式筹集人才住房,也可在商品住房项目划定20%比例的房源优先面向人才销售。
产权型人才住房签订购房合同满五年可上市交易;不满十年的,需将购房时以限定价格购买的部分面积,按照成交价格与购买时限定价格差价的50%交纳土地收益;超过十年的,不需交纳土地收益。
