新五豐(600975.SH)擬向新化久陽租賃母豬場
格隆匯2月22日丨新五豐(600975.SH)公佈,為推動公司生豬生態養殖向產業化、智能化方向轉變,提升企業管理效率,提高企業效益和社會效益,進一步推動公司在湖南的生豬養殖佈局,公司擬與新化縣久陽農業開發有限公司(以下簡稱“新化久陽”)簽署《租賃母豬場協議書》,該豬場為樓房養豬模式,與傳統的平層養殖相比,樓房具有佔地面積較小、減小環保壓力、方便管理等特點。公司從上述出租方租賃豬場的租金合計1166.40萬元/年,租賃15年的總金額合計1.75億元。
