驢跡科技控股(01745.HK):預計年度淨虧9500萬元
格隆匯 2 月 22日丨驢跡科技控股(01745.HK)發佈公吿,集團預期截至2020年12月31日止年度收益較2019年度減少約40%至50%,並錄得本年度虧損淨額約人民幣9500萬元,而2019年度則錄得期間盈利人民幣1.608億元。
公吿稱,本年度虧損主要由於旅遊出行的需求受到2019年新型冠狀病毒爆發,以及隨後的疾病防控措施以至全球各國各地所實施的旅遊及出行限制的顯著打擊;及由於全球大部分的旅遊目的地施加社交距離措施及跨境限制,導致來自境外在線電子導覽的收益鋭減,故相應的無形資產預期錄得一次性非現金減值及撥備金額約人民幣7100萬元。
