國投電力(600886.SH)擬聘任香港立信為2020年度境外審計機構
格隆匯2月22日丨國投電力(600886.SH)公佈,公司於2020年7月28日召開2020年第一次臨時股東大會,同意公司繼續聘請立信會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)作為公司2020年度境內審計機構,提供境內審計服務。
公司因GDR發行招股書中採用國際會計準則,本次年度報吿中的審計準則也需要採用中國會計準則和國際審計準則,因此擬聘請香港立信德豪會計師事務所(以下簡稱“香港立信”)為公司2020年度境外審計機構,聘期一年,自公司股東大會審議通過之日起生效。
