嘉澤新能(601619.SH):“嘉澤轉債”自3月1日起開始轉股
格隆匯2月22日丨嘉澤新能(601619.SH)公佈,經中國證監會證監許可[2020]1512號文核准,公司於2020年8月24日公開發行了1300萬張可轉換公司債券,每張面值100元,發行總額13億元,期限為自發行之日起6年;經上交所自律監管決定書[2020]314號文同意,公司13億元可轉換公司債券將於2020年9月17日起在上交所掛牌交易,債券簡稱“嘉澤轉債”,債券代碼“113039”。
根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》等有關規定及《寧夏嘉澤新能源股份有限公司公開發行A股可轉換公司債券募集説明書》的約定,公司該次發行的“嘉澤轉債”自2021年3月1日起可轉換為公司股份。轉股期起止日期:2021年3月1日至2026年8月23日,轉股價格:3.57元/股。
