《即日市评》港股先升後跌 成交破三千亿创新高 恒生科指挫半成
受腾讯(00700.HK)及美团(03690.HK)拖累，港股今日先升後跌。美股上周五(19日)个别发展，美国前财长萨默斯警告联储局可能被逼比预期更快地加息，有可能会在明年底进行，理由是出现通胀上升或经济过热。执笔之时美汇指数升至90.54，美股股道指期货最新跌220点或0.7%，纳指期货最新跌1.4%。上证综指下滑1.5%收3,642、深证成指下滑3.1%，内地创业板指数挫4.5%，沪深两市成交额1.29万亿人民币。
恒指高开426点见31,071点全日高位後，随即向下，并在午後转跌，尾市一度低见30,298点，全日跌324点或1.1%，收30,319点；国指跌213点或1.8%，收11,893点；恒生科技指数跌583点或5.5%，收9,977点。大市全日成交总额3,025.88亿元，创历史新高(超过今年1月创下的3,015.8亿元)。沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为17.56亿及57.43亿元人民币。
腾讯(00700.HK)股价下滑3.7%收713.5元。据内媒报道，因不服福建中院将抖音诉腾讯不正当竞争案移送深圳法院审理的管辖权裁定，本月初抖音向福建高院提起上诉，2月19日福建高院决定对该案立案审理。
【腾讯美团挫 中移逆市扬】
美团(03690.HK)全日股价下挫5.5%收400.2元。据《新华视点》报道，市场监管总局将落实网络餐饮服务平台主体责任作为工作重点，多次约谈美团、饿了麽等平台，要求平台「落实五个责任，做到五个确保」：落实审查责任，确保入网商家具有实体经营门店；落实监督责任，确保线上线下餐饮服务同标同质；落实配送责任，确保配送环节餐食不受污染；落实维权责任，确保消费者合法权益得到保护；落实管理责任，确保有专门机构和专职管理人员。
中资电讯股逆市走强，中移动(00941.HK)股价走高3.5%收55.65元，联通(00762.HK)及中电信(00728.HK)股价各升6.3%及4.7%。据内媒报道，近日中国移动上海公司联合华为在上海新国际博览中心率先完成全球首个4.9G Lampsite商用网络部署，打造全球首个数字化室分场景2.6G+4.9G 200M载波聚合。
【跌股千二只 金属股抽上】
港股今日市宽转弱，主板股票的升跌比率为18比30(上日为33比13)，下跌股份1,237只(跌幅3.7%)，恒指成份股今日27只股份上升，下跌股份23只，升跌比率为52比44(上日为88比8)；大市今日录沽空318.09亿元，占可沽空股份成2,613.59亿元的12.171%。
铜价创九年新高，金属股抽上，江西铜(00358.HK)飙升15.3%收21.75元，紫金(02899.HK)及灵宝(03330.HK)各升4.1%及13.8%，鞍钢(00347.HK)股价弹11.5%。美银证券发表报告表示，截至2月19日的一周，伦敦金属交易所的铜价按周上涨6.9%至每吨8,910美元，上海期货交易所当周成交价上涨5.7%至每吨65,860元人民币。上海期货交易所比伦敦金属交易所的价格折让2.2%。
该行指，伦敦金属交易所之铜库存按周增加1.3%至76千吨，而上海期货交易所库存升64.4%至113千吨。该行认为，再通胀预期将会推高铜价，维持江铜「买入」评级。
