雄岸科技(01647.HK)公司與獅子集團簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯 2 月 22日丨雄岸科技(01647.HK)發佈公吿，2022年2月22日，公司與獅子集團控股有限公司(納斯達克上市股票代碼：LGHL)簽訂戰略合作協議，據此：
1. 訂約雙方將利用各自的資本、平台及資源優勢，共同推動區塊鏈技術及行業發展。 2. 獅子集團於2022年1月12日宣佈，其將會收購Lion FinTech Group Limited的100%股權，所涉金額有待按預期將於2022年3月31日前簽訂的最終協議協定。Lion FinTech透過其附屬公司Royal Lion Middle East DMCC在迪拜持有加密資產的自營交易許可證。獅子集團擬邀請公司作為合作伙伴共同營運加密資產交易平台，為其加密資產交易平台營運提供區塊鏈技術支持、營運建議及諮詢服務。
3. 獅子集團正籌組設立不超過8億美元與區塊鏈行業相關的基金，基金將投資包括不限於比特幣、乙太坊等數字貨幣及其生態產業鏈，投資具有成長潛力的區塊鏈領域上市公司股票或擬上市公司股權。獅子集團還將研究發行與灰度投資(Grayscale Investment)類似的主流數字貨幣信託基金。姚勇傑先生(擁有公司控股股東51%股權)作為獅子集團的首席技術顧問及公司董事會主席兼執行董事，將促成獅子集團及公司合作共同籌組上述基金事宜。
簽訂戰略合作協議前，2022年1月6日，董事會主席兼執行董事姚先生與獅子集團簽訂另一份戰略合作框架協議，據此，(i)姚先生及獅子集團將分別運用彼等各自的資本、平台及資源，共同籌組不超過8億美元的基金，用於共同促進區塊鏈技術的發展及行業環境，積極推動數碼貨幣領域的產品創新，讓客户更容易參與數碼貨幣市場；及(ii)獅子集團已委任姚先生為首席技術顧問，以提供區塊鏈行業的技術建議及諮詢服務，並有條件同意向姚先生授出購股權，以認購600萬股獅子集團的A類美國存托股份。董事會相信，監於集團及獅子集團各自的實力、資源及專才，預期建議合作將有助集團進一步拓展其區塊鏈業務，併為集團帶來長期價值。
