恆地元朗南低密度洋房「尚悅-天城」本周末開放參觀現樓
恆基物業代理營業(一)部總經理林達民在發布會上表示,恆地(00012.HK)旗下元朗南低密度洋房項目「尚悅-天城」將會在本周末開放予公眾參觀現樓,預料下周起開始招標,仍在考慮會否以價單混合招標形式推出。
他續指,定價參考新界區的洋房項目,留意到農曆新年前後北區別墅交投活躍,樂見近期需求增加,因此加緊在農曆新年後推出此項目。
發展商在今日(22日)開放9號洋房予傳媒參觀,實用面積1,777平方呎,連510平方呎私人花園及一個私人車位,採用三房三套房連書房間隔。
