《大行报告》高盛:人行维持LPR不变符预期 吁买建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)
高盛发表报告指,人民银行於上周六(20日)公布维持贷款市场报价利率(LPR)不变,一年及五年期分别保持於3.85%及4.65%,符合预期,支持了其较少宽松,及银行净息差(特别是大型银行)扩展的看法。
该行表示,农历新年过後令市场惊讶的是,人行在农历新年後两天迅速撤走3,400亿元人民币的流动性,而令市场更有惊喜的是内银有更好的净息差,由其是大型银行。
高盛重申对建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)的「买入」评级,目标价分别8.49元及6.8元。该行提到,包括工行、建行、农行(01288.HK)、中行(03988.HK)、交行(03328.HK)及邮储行(01658.HK)的内地大型银行去年第四季盈利料增逾60%,更重要的是大型银行上季净息差估计按季增长1个基点,对比中型银行为下跌2个基点,相信大型银行今年的净息差会继续上升。
