微盟集團(02013.HK)設立數據智能產業基金 佈局雲計算和AI、大數據
微盟集團(02013.HK)近日聯合一村資本有限公司、北京高精尖產業發展基金、北京市四季青農工商總公司共同成立一支專注數據智能領域的產業基金，即北京微智數科投資中心(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“微智數科產業基金”)，基金第一期規模5億元人民幣，基金將聚焦於數據智能領域的投資機會，重點關注雲計算和AI、大數據、物聯網等技術形成有機結合、並在商業上取得一定成功的優質標的。
微盟集團將通過數據智能領域的產業投資與被投企業產生深度協同，持續擴大智慧商業生態領域的戰略佈局。微盟集團與一村資本成立產業基金，以資本為紐帶發掘雲計算、大數據、AI、IoT等行業具有自主創新、前沿高端高精尖技術的科技企業，有助於微盟集團抓住數據智能領域的發展機遇，未來隨着數據經濟產業的加速發展以及投資生態效應的顯現，微盟集團將從中受益。
作為國內新經濟SaaS行業龍頭，微盟集團於2019年1月15日在香港聯交所主板掛牌上市，圍繞企業數字化轉型升級，為商户提供SaaS產品和精準營銷服務，業務涵蓋小程序開發、智慧零售、智慧餐飲、社交電商、社交廣吿等多領域，是中國領先的雲端商業及營銷解決方案服務商。在投資併購方面，微盟集團已形成“公司直投+兼併收購+產業基金”的多元化投資體系。2020年，微盟集團先後收購雅座和海鼎兩家公司，擴大在餐飲、零售SaaS領域的領先優勢。
對於此次發起設立數據智能領域的產業基金，微盟方面表示，將以北京市加快科技創新構建高精尖經濟結構為指導，基於微盟集團前瞻的產業判斷及一村資本團隊豐富的投資經驗，拓寬投資渠道，進一步優化微盟集團的資本結構和資源配置。未來微盟集團將結合自身整體戰略和業務發展需要持續加大投資力度，深化在企業服務領域的佈局，打造協同生態。
值得一提的是，微智數科產業基金還得到了北京市區兩級引導基金的支持，北京高精尖產業發展基金、北京市四季青農工商總公司作為LP(有限合夥人)。其中北京市高精尖產業發展基金是由北京市經濟信息化局聯合市財政局設立的政府引導基金，北京市四季青農工商總公司系海淀區下轄的四季青鎮黨委、政府領導下的經濟實體。未來隨着微智數科產業基金的運作，有望推動北京市相關產業加快吸收國內外先進技術，促進行業資源整合和科技成果轉化落地，並吸引符合首都城市戰略定位的企業落地北京，助力北京市打造數字經濟新生態。
分析人士認為，此次微盟集團與一村資本等聯合成立產業基金，是微盟集團“產業+資本”合作模式的又一次成功實踐。此前，微盟集團與華映資本成立產業基金，面向SaaS產業鏈、企業服務等相關領域展開投資併購，目前已陸續迎來項目落地，領投了“智能教務+教培”SaaS供應商小麥助教。此次微盟集團與一村資本設立產業投資基金，在數據智能領域進行前瞻性佈局，將進一步拓展微盟集團業務邊界。
