第一視頻(00082.HK)：公司股價及成交量近期出現波動，瘋狂體育營運正常並以健康的步伐發展
格隆匯2月21日丨第一視頻(00082.HK)公佈，公司董事會注意到，公司股份的價格及成交量近期出現波動。
經作出在相關情況下有關公司的合理查詢後，董事會確認，除公吿下文所披露者外，其並沒有知悉導致股份價格及成交量波動的任何原因，或任何必須公佈以避免公司證券出現虛假市場的資料，又或根據香港法例第571章《證券及期貨條例》第XIVA部須予披露的任何內幕消息。
董事會注意到，近期互聯網部分社交媒體平台上出現若干虛假指控。就此，公司謹作出以下澄清。
1.張博士及其聯繫人概無向任何方質押任何股份
張力軍博士(“張博士”)，為公司董事會主席兼執行董事(截至公佈日期，彼與其配偶及家族信託合共於約22.94%的公司全部已發行股份中擁有權益，彼亦為公司單一最大股東)，彼已向公司確認，截至公佈日期，彼或其聯繫人概無向任何方質押任何股份。
2.董事及彼等各自的聯繫人自禁售期以來概無買賣任何股份
公司確認，上市規則附錄十所載的上市發行人董事進行證券交易的標準守則內訂明的公司2020年年度業績公佈的禁售期已自2021年1月17日開始。全體董事確認，彼等及彼等各自的聯繫人已嚴格遵守標準守則，自禁售期開始後概無買賣任何股份。
3.瘋狂體育營運正常並以健康的步伐發展
誠如2021年12月7日所公佈，於出售集團的電信傳媒業務後，公司的體育及彩票相關業務已成為集團的主營業務。董事會謹此澄清，目前公司的體育業務分類營運正常，繼續以健康而顯著的步伐發展。股東及投資者可參閲公司日期分別為2020年12月7日、12月11日及12月24日，2021年1月3日、1月14日及2月9日的公吿，以瞭解集團近期的業務重組情況以及體育業務分類的各項業務更新情況。
公司始終堅持高標準的企業管治、風險管理及合規，從而保障股東利益，為股東整體創造更大價值，並積極拓展業務。
