秀強股份(300160.SZ)：2020年淨利降2.37%至1.22億元
格隆匯2月19日丨秀強股份(300160.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入12.86億元，同比增長1.36%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.22億元，同比下降2.37%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.01億元，同比下降26.05%；基本每股收益0.20元。
2020年是公司發展歷程中較為跌宕起伏的一年，疫情的爆發導致一季度產品產銷量嚴重受挫、二季度隨着防疫逐漸取得成效產品產銷量環比改善、三四季度國內復工復產有序推進，國外疫情爆發導致全球供應鏈緊張，產業鏈開始向國內集中，國內部分家電製造企業接到的訂單呈現了快速增長，致使對公司家電玻璃產品的需求量激增，目前公司在手的訂單生產已排到2021年一季度。
報吿期，公司管理層以家電玻璃產品的市場需求為導向，對家電玻璃的產品結構進行持續的戰略調整和優化，增加高附加值產品的銷售比重，保障家電玻璃產品毛利率水平的穩定。物聯網、互聯網等新技術的快速發展與普及致使智能化家電產品不斷湧現，智能化、高端化已經成為我國家電行業轉型升級以及實現持續發展的重要發力點，作為客户家電玻璃產品的主要供應商，公司也在積極探索家電玻璃產品向功能性方向的研發升級，報吿期公司研發團隊聯合模組廠家開展智能家電類玻璃產品的研發，與客户建立共創共贏、穩定和諧的產業價值鏈。報吿期公司在海爾2020年度供應商表彰大會上獲得了“全球戰略合作伙伴”榮譽證書。
報吿期，公司與四川遂寧高新技術產業園區管理委員簽訂《項目投資協議書》，對全資子公司四川泳泉追加投資，主要用於四川泳泉在四川省遂寧市購買土地、新建廠房及擴建生產線等支出。本次追加投資是公司在西部地區戰略佈局的需要，可有效減少公司運輸費用、降低綜合成本，促進公司擴大在西北地區的市場開發和業務拓展，可優化公司產能佈局。
公司始終堅持專心專注的業務發展指導思想，在鞏固現有業務規模的基礎上，重點圍繞產品智能化、新能源化的發展趨勢，加大科技研發力度，積極展開新方向、新技術、新產品、新業務的佈局，實現技術和產品的系統化組合，延伸產品多元化佈局，提升公司內生增長動力。報吿期，在智能化領域，公司通過在現有銷售產品上疊加觸控模組、系統集成，生產符合家電、消費電子、醫療器械領域需求的智能玻璃產品；在新能源領域，公司與英利集團有限公司控股子公司保定嘉盛光電科技股份有限公司共同合作開發適用於BIPV領域的玻璃深加工產品，雙方溝通研發設計的BIPV多彩多功能產品方案在新能源光伏展會上奪得展品金獎。上述新業務領域的開發是公司玻璃深加工產業鏈的深化與拓寬，也是公司聚焦智能玻璃、新能源發展戰略實施的具體體現。
