川河集团(00281.HK):预计年度股东应占税后综合溢利下跌86%
格隆汇 2 月 19日丨川河集团(00281.HK)发布公告,预期集团截至2020年12月31日止年度的股东应占除税后综合溢利将较2019年同期的1.12亿港元录得大幅下跌约86%。
公告称,尽管集团的物业发展及投资业务的业绩以及集团应占一家在上海市从事物业发展及投资业务的联营公司的溢利两者均有所增长,集团预期回顾年度的业绩下跌,主要归因于集团的证券买卖及投资业务业绩大幅下调。由于全球金融市场波动,根据集团所采纳的会计准则,集团持有的待售证券投资录得公平值变动所产生的未变现亏损,并须记入集团截至2020年12月31日止年度的财务报表内。集团在香港的长期股本投资的股息收入亦有所减少。
