中國東方集團(00581.HK)年度淨利預降45%-65%
格隆匯 2 月 19日丨中國東方集團(00581.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2020年12月31日止年度的淨利潤,對比集團截至2019年12月31日止年度的淨利潤,將錄得約45%至65%的減少。
集團的淨利潤在預期減少乃主要歸因綜合的影響,除其他事項外,(i)因原材料價格上升(特別是鐵礦石)而導致集團的生產成本增加;(ii)因新冠病毒大流行、政府的多項生產限制政策的實行以及集團的裝備大型化項目的施工而導致集團的產品產量、銷售量及銷售價格下跌;及(iii)在相關年度內撇銷集團的裝備大型化項目相關的非流動資產的非經常性影響。因此,集團預期於2020年度的毛利及淨利潤將錄得顯著下跌。
儘管2020年度的淨利潤預期下降,董事局認為集團的整體營運及財務狀況仍然健康及穩健。
