虹軟科技(688088.SH)業績快報：2020年度淨利升24.26%至2.61億元
格隆匯2月19日丨虹軟科技(688088.SH)披露2020年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業總收入6.86億元，同比增長21.54%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤2.61億元，同比增長24.26%；歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.06億元，同比增長23.96%；基本每股收益0.64元。
2020年，在新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的影響下，全球消費電子市場受到較大沖擊，短期需求被壓制和遞延，全球智能手機出貨量出現下滑。雖然公司業務也受到了疫情的影響，但是通過持續加大研發投入，積極拓展新業務，全年營業收入、歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤、歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤均依然實現了同比增長。
1、報吿期內，公司在智能手機客户的產品滲透率穩步提升，智能手機視覺解決方案業務規模持續擴大，實現營業收入6.02億元，同比增長10.83%；公司智能駕駛視覺解決方案業務增長較快，實現營業收入6592.99萬元，同比增長310.61%。
2、報吿期內，公司整體業務毛利率保持穩定。公司期間費用3.98億元，同比增長23.77%。其中，公司研發費用投入2.6億元，同比增長32.37%，主要原因為：
(1)公司持續強化研發實力，在鞏固智能手機視覺人工智能算法領導地位的同時，特別加大了對智能駕駛以及智能手機屏下相關技術的研發資源投入，技術領先性和產品成熟度得到較大提升。
(2)為建立、健全長效激勵約束機制，公司在原有基本薪酬制度基礎上，完善了中長期薪酬考核體系，在2020年推出限制性股票激勵計劃，並相應優化了公司業績考核及獎金計提機制。因此，公司於2020年確認了股份支付費用和考核獎金費用，增加期間費用約3400萬元，其中研發費用增加約2535萬元。
3、報吿期內，聯營企業杭州登虹科技有限公司與上年同期相比虧損金額收窄，公司按照權益法確認投資收益-124.77萬元，而上年同期為-2514.31萬元。
